About Espere Coaching

The Espere Coaching philosophy centers around the fundamental belief that each of us is wonderfully and uniquely made for a specific purpose and that times of transition are God’s way to open us up to new opportunities.

Transitions typically last between three months and three years, and my approach is to support you during this time by helping you gain clarity, increase your confidence and create concrete plans so you can achieve the positive results and goals you desire.

Espere is French for “hope” and because of Whom our ultimate hope is in, no matter what the situation there is never need to despair...the best is yet to come. I want to see people live abundant lives that bear fruit for God, themselves and others. It is difficult to process life transitions and maintain hope on your own. Espere Coaching is here to help.

About Me

I am a solopreneur with more than 30 years of professional experience working in leadership positions in program management, operations, and human resources in corporate and nonprofit environments.

One theme that runs through my career is my ability to create personal relationships and cultivate growth and development in people I work with. Espere Coaching exists in order to better steward the gifts and passion God has given me to walk alongside people as they are going through life transitions.

I live in Manhattan and you can often find me running, walking, or picnicking in Central Park, attending a cultural event, or volunteering with local organizations. I am an avid reader, love to cook and bake, and enjoy having meaningful and fun conversations with friends over a meal.

I am an advisory board member of the New York Chapter of Safe Families for Children and an active member of my church community. I received my coach training at ICF-accredited Professional Christian Coaching Institute and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (IFC)
